About the Presenter
Chris Jones has 15 years of experience in the market research industry, originally in Operations departments and then in IT Development and now in Product design. He has devised and led the implementation of everything from a state-of-the-nation dashboard for the UK Prime Minister to a video-rating product for testing new TV shows and ads.
